Every client is unique and
our fees reflect what needs to be done. We do not
break our fees down by "0-3" years, "Executive," or
"Recent Graduate" because there are many variables
and the use of such an approach fails to adequately cover every scenario. For example: a new college
graduate can be someone who just earned their MBA and
has 10 years of professional experience; and returning-to-the-workforce can be someone who was in a
senior management role and took time off to raise a
family or for other reasons.

How We Work
Together
I work closely with each of
my clients, and oversee
projects that my partner and I collaborate on. We work with you by telephone and email simply because
I have been established for nearly 20 years and have a client
base that is in every region of the U.S. and many
corners of the world.
We want to engage you in the
process as much as possible. You will not need to
complete any forms unless you are senior level or highly
technical and do not have an old resume. We usually try
to limit the preparation to a talking-points list that
we will refer to during our long Q&A session.
Whether we work from a
worksheet or old resume, you will participate in a
consultative Q&A telephone session to ensure we have the
information we need with an emphasis on accomplishments.

When You Can Expect To Receive
Your First Draft
The turnaround time is 10
business days from the time we agree that I have what I
need to develop your career documents.
We will email you the completed resume and cover letter
for your review as a MS Word 2010 attachment, and will
work with you by email to make any adjustments until you
are thrilled with the end result. I know that most
changes are minor. If you need to discuss anything
in-depth, we will schedule a time to speak.
Our Guarantee
We have an extremely high
success rate. However, there are many variables beyond
our control, such as your being more qualified than your
competition, sending your resume at the right place and
time, and using effective job search methods, such as
networking, working with recruiters and staffing
agencies, using job boards, visiting company websites,
and attending job fairs.
If you can identify why your resume is not generating
desired results -- taking into consideration that we are
in a downturned market and the average job search is
typically extended, let us know and we will work with
you to correct it.
One way to obtain feedback is from recruiters or
reaching out to someone in your field who might have
sound advice. We advise you not to take the advice of
those who just have opinions. If we feel the suggestions
are not in your best interests, we will discuss it with
you. It is our goal to ensure the resume generates
interviews for you.
Whatever it is that we decide needs to be done, we will
make those adjustments at no cost. This is why we go
through such due diligence process e.g. job postings and
in-depth discussions vs. questionnaires -- to ensure a
successful job search!
